We are happy to announce that we have transitioned to FinalForms for our document management system for athletics. This is the same platform used by Davis Senior High and your account will transfer over the DSHS Athletic Director when you move to 9th grade Athletics.
If you are interested in participating in Junior High Sports this year, please follow the following steps to sign up to participate:
- Before going to the doctor, print out a Sports Physical Form (English) (Spanish) for your doctor to sign. Hard copies of this form are also available in the Emerson office.

Athletics at Emerson are offered to 7th and 8th grade students from Emerson, DaVinci Junior High or local DSIS students.
Students in the 9th Grade can participate in the many Athletic teams offered through the Davis Senior High Program. You can find more information on their website: DSHS Athletics: https://dshs.djusd.net/athletics.
Emerson Athletic teams are part of the Yolo County Athletics League (YCAL) that includes 7th & 8th grade teams from all three Davis junior high schools, Woodland’s two middle schools (Lee and Douglass), Winters Middle School, Esparto Middle School, and John Knight Middle School in Dixon.
